About The Event
Do you want to be calm, supportive and able to engage cooperation without constant reminders, threats or bribes?
This workshop is designed for you!
I developed this workshop with tools for parents and educators to encourage positive behaviour in young children. If you are anything like me, you also struggle at times to know when to say "Yes" and when to say "No" to the demands on you as a parent. (Often from the moment you open your eyes.) It is important to get clear on what is or isn't allowed, when it is appropriate to make allowances and how to follow through on what we say without having to explain or feel guilty about it. This workshop will give you some strategies to do just that.
- Having healthy boundaries.
- My Keeping on T.R.A.C.K Methodology.
- Freedom and self-discipline.
- Strategies for setting limits, establishing rules and routines.
- Effective communication tools.
- Q & A.
Learn how we can establish routines, set expectations and provide children the freedom within boundaries necessary for them to thrive. Discover how to be emotionally supportive yet firm in your approach. Be the parent and educator you want to be by learning techniques to avoid negative behaviour, both in yourself and the children in your care. Be kinder to yourself and to them.
By registering for this workshop you will have unlimited access to the recording of the session and any associated downloads/materials.
