About Facilitator

Ferne van Zyl has over 30 years experience of working with babies and toddlers. She believes that "Toilet Training" should approached as a developmental process and that the relationship between adult and child is central to it being a positive experience. It is about preparing yourself, having the appropriate equipment and knowing how to best support the development with clear communication about expectations and limits.
